He was last seen in a parking lot on Santa Monica Beach by a man heading towards Venice Beach. The man stole his cage (large black flight cage) and coaxed him back to it thinking it was safe. I lost him near the beach and walked around trying to find him very early in the morning, when I came back the cage was stolen. He also had a smaller white cage that I left out which was also stolen. My best guess is an unhoused man named "Moran" who was asking me a lot of questions about him.
