Lost and Found Pet Reporting and Alerting Register

On April 17th 2017 I had given my dog to a man named [redacted for legal reasons] and he gave me his word that if he could not keep my dog that he would return it to me. And he did not keep my dog nor did he keep his word/promise to give me back the dog. I have been trying to find out where my dog is. All's I get is laughed at and told I will never see my dog again. He refuses to tell me. So if you know who might have my dog. Or if u see him, I miss him so much.
