I know the person that stole my cats and had informed the police and even made a report. But fort bend sheriff don't want to waste time on cats. And they can't prove my cats didn't just run off. I had 6 cats Total, 3 we're returned and one that was returned was offering to one of my stolen cats they were inseparable.. Railey is 2 years old last place I saw my cats was 4305 Skinner ln in Richmond Tx 77469. She is missed everyday and still forever carried in our hearts.
