Fern escaped outside and was spotted high up in a tree at the end of a nearby street at around 3:00PM. I did not see her leave the tree, it was raining and overcast. $400 Reward if found/caught safely; $200 for the sighting leading to safe capture. She has a metal band on her foot. If caught, please tell me what the text on her tag says, so I know it is definitely her. Thank you so much for your help.
