Blue Quaker Parrot about the size of a Cardinal or Blue Jay. Different shades of blue. Willie never flew much and could never land on a perch. So she would probably be on a flat surface like a rooftop or chimney cap. I might have spotted her in the area on the south side of Rt 161 at Little Turtle Way. Willie was never a cuddly type so she might not come to you or me if spotted.
