Our plum headed parakeet Plumy flew away in the Keaau Ag lots area. He is hand tame but shy of strangers. His wings were clipped but some grew back. I think he would be in the Keaau/Kurtistown area on the Big Island. We love him and want him home. We are offering a $1000 reward. Thank you!
