His wing-tips were trimmed a few months ago, so I think they are mostly grown back now. He won't look trimmed, but may have a feather here or there that looks trimmed. He has a unique ID band on his leg to verify his identity. We live in a rural area in the mountains and have had zero sightings - no idea if he's alive or dead. :(
