Our special needs bird named sugar was in our van when it was stolen from a gas station in san antonio. She is a 4 year old umbrella cockatoo with a over plucked belly and chest. She overcame aspergillosis last year and needs to be with a heat lamp at all times. She only has 1 of her 3 air sacks remaining because of the aspergillosis and needs to be close to her avian vet. Please help us to bring our baby home.
