Last we heard is that a black cat was found on the side of Manitowoc Road in Bellevue, Wi around 5am injured or deceased. When the city went to pick him up, he was gone. We are holding on to hope that someone took him to nurse him back to health, but whatever the case we want our Evie back. Our Evie is an adult black with a white patch on his chest and lower belly.
