Light blue Indian ringneck with orange beak and black neck ring. Friendly, doesn’t bite but will fly off if you try to grab him. He might sit on your head, shoulder or finger for a treat in which case try to take him indoors (be careful with dog/cats). Please call or text right away with location of sighting.
