Lost Siamese cat called Napoleon. Has been missing since July, but I feel he is still out there somewhere. He is a 13-year-old neutered male Seal Point. Last seen in the vicinity of Cook & Empire around Westfall Village Apt. complex. Bemiss/Hillyard area. I have always felt that someone took him, maybe thinking he was lost or a stray, so he could be far from this area.
