Lost and Found Pet Reporting and Alerting Register

Small white and light brown Terrier mix, female, long legs, only about ten pounds, wearing red and pink collar with bow. She has an ID tag, with phone number. She is micro chipped but the owners will not respond, that's why I adopted the dog. I adopted her in Sacramento, the number on her tag is the Sacramento foster parents. She escaped my yard 30 minutes after getting her home. She's really nervous and doesn't care for men.
