Lost 15yr old, black cat, 20lbs, some gray whiskers. Fell onto highway 1 (northbound) from underneath moving vehicle then ran onto east side embankment. This happened Friday 3/16/2018 at about 2pm less than a mile north (1,000 feet) of cuesta college. Please call Mark (805)574-9365
