From Jefferson County Adams, NY. My mom took our dog to the vets, (south Jeff veterinary clinic) , she was on a leash & while my mom was opening the door to get her back in the car she was able to pull off her collar (9am). She ran off & we have not been able to find her. While looking for her a stranger told me he saw her around Mercer’s (just after 9am). There have been no reported sightings since. Please look out for her & keep her in your prayers.
