Summer is a an amber colored Pomeranian who is almost totally blind and deaf. She wandered off from our home on Pepperbox Road(on the end closest to line Rd) in Delmar, DE,on September 5th. She is friendly but startles easily. She did not have her collar on but she is microchipped. Please help if you have any info!
