5 month mixed breed with seizure disorder and has to take medication weekly. He was last located in 2015 brown Toyota on July 6th between the hour of 3:15 - 4:15pm in front of Providence Urgent Care. It's in the city of Tigard off Scholls Ferry Rd. If anyone has any information or whereabouts please call my number anytime. If you do have him I'll pick him up immediately, no questions asked.
